Counter Movement Jump (CMJ)

The countermovement jump is a simple, practical, valid, and very reliable measure of lower-body power.

Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery 1 Test (YYIR1)

The YYIR tests are a simple method for examining an athlete’s capacity to perform repetitive high-intensity aerobic exercise. The YYIR1 is designed for young or recreational athletes who possess lower aerobic capacity.
