NCE Soccer can today confirm EIGHT top flight clubs will be sending coaches to the first ever Pro Pathway Residential Camp – including Manchester United, Fulham and Fluminense.
They will join other coaches from top European and South American teams for an unparalleled week long soccer experience learning from the best in the business.
And, for the top players, that opportunity will be extended further, as the coaches look to select the stand out stars for ‘Experience Weeks’ hosted by two top clubs in Europe and South America.
The two weeks will see selected players fly out to train with a top flight team and their professional Academy coaches.
International Opportunity
NCE Soccer Founder, John Curtis, said: “This is a fantastic experience to learn from the very best – and earn the opportunity to play abroad.
“We have put together a collection of some of the world’s best Academy coaches who will bring their own style of youth coaching to our camp.
“It will look like and feel like a professional academy coaching environment with players working hard to strict Academy conditions.
“The standards will be high, these are top coaches who are here to pass on their experience and to hopefully unearth some hidden talent.
“This is an invaluable opportunity for players to learn from the best and, hopefully impress at the same time.”
Scouting
Fulham, Fluminense and Santos have confirmed they will send coaches with the instructions to scout players with potential to sample life at their respective clubs and potentially represent their teams at international tournaments.
Coaches from Manchester United, Strasburg and Brugge will also be in attendance at the week-long Pro Pathway Residential at DeSales University.
The International Pro Pathway Residential Camp is brand new for 2023 and is open to NCE Soccer players – AND players previously outside of NCE Programming.
Boys aged 8-18-years are invited to attend the five-day long residential camp in July at DeSales University – to work with some of the world’s best youth coaches.
Sessions will include at least 20-hours of elite technical, tactical, physical and psychological training with an additional 45-minute session every day for aspiring goalkeepers.
Players will compete in competitive games in the evening under the watchful eyes of the coaches, who will be looking to unearth hidden talent.
Experience Week
Curtis, added: “The best players will be invited Experience Weeks at Fulham, Santos and Fluminense where they will train at the Academy, work directly with Academy coaching staff, go behind the scenes and attend live matches.
“The longer term plan is they will then represent the respective teams at international tournaments, further cementing our relationship with our pro club partners and developing opportunities for players.
“It is important to stress, the Pro Pathway Residential is an Open Camp in the sense that players outside of NCE Soccer Programming can attend, it is an opportunity for all players to attend.”
Players will reside at DeSales University staying in luxury student accommodation with three meals provided every day.
