We’d like to share some exciting news from the NCE family!

Nicolette Pasquarella, NCE Alumni & current Goalkeeper coach, has been invited for a trial with Serie A club Parma Calcio 1913!

Nicolette grew up within our Center of Excellence (COE) program and recently wrapped her collegiate career with Stony Brook University. Throughout her time at Stony Brook, Pasquarella led Stony Brook between the sticks to their first CAA Women’s Soccer Championship. In the championship match against Monmouth, Pasquarella recorded eight saves that proved crucial to the Seawolves’ victory.

Back in 2019, we shared our first blog on Nicolette Pasquarella. Following consistent and superb performance in our NCE programming, she was invited on trial for both of Manchester’s football giants: Manchester United and Manchester City. Nicolette shared her Manchester experience as the “absolute best” of her life.

Here’s what else she said about the experience:

“This experience could not have been possible without John Curtis, Lee Broster, and the rest of the NCE coaching staff. I wouldn’t trade my time and experience at NCE along with my future here for anything.  Other players should consider NCE for so many reasons, the list goes on and on.”

Today, Nicolette has become a valuable member of the NCE Team in the role of Goalkeepers coach. She is able to use her knowledge for her already accomplished career to give deep insight to young, aspiring players. We are so thankful to have Nicolette on our team and can’t wait to see all she continues to accomplish.
