Package Details
Trip Information
NCE Soccer will travel with five Boys Select Squads to England to take on Premier League and international academy teams.
Players will be invited based on their performances within the COE Program.
Each NCE squad will fly to London and, new for 2024, stay and train in the Capital for three nights.
Players will train at a leading Academy and play warm-up against top class opposition before heading North for the three-day tournament at Oakham School.
It is estimated most of the teams traveling will play a minimum of ten games during the tour and enjoy sightseeing in London ahead of the tournament.
The 2009 boys fly out on July 26th, returning August 3rd, followed by the 2010s & 2012s on July 30th to August 7th, the 2011s with the 2013s flying out on August 3rd to August 11th.
It is important that parents click on the relevant tab for your son specific details – as the travel dates and accommodation details will differ.
The travel dates are:
Friday July 26th – August 3rd – 2009 Boys
Tuesday July 30th – August 7th – 2010 Boys and 2012 Boys
Saturday August 3rd – August 11th – 2011 Boys and 2013 Boys
Each tour group will be accompanied at all times by NCE Soccer Staff and all times.
Boys selected for the Pro Academy Tour will be invited to the International Preparation Week on Wednesday June 27th to Sunday June 30th
Tour Costings
Places for the tour will be filled on a first-served basis from the selected pool of players.
The Pro Academy Tour will include games against top academies from top clubs as well as coaching from professional coaches.
The price of the NCE Pro Academy Tour England is $2,950 per player.
Please note that places on the tour are ONLY secured once the deposit has been received and confirmed.
The Pro Academy Tour party will spend three nights at the stunning Hanbury Manor Marriot Hotel & Country Club in Hertfordshire, a Jacobean-style manor house set in 200 acres of beautiful countryside in Ware, Hertfordshire.
It is the perfect base for our pre-tournament preparation, providing easy access to London and stunning facilities for parents and supporters with a stunning health club and spa, an 18-hole championship golf course, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
Hanbury Manor provides perfect access opportunities for our players to professional Academies, as well as opportunities for sightseeing and even a stadium tour.
Then we travel to the historic Oakham School for the next four days. Our players will room with a teammate, and compete in a final warm-up game ahead of the tournament proper on our fifth day in England.
The tour price includes a ticket to a live game (fixtures will be determined nearer the time) breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, seven nights accommodation, and all internal transportation by a luxury motor coach with a full-time international tour manager.
Players will train with coaches from professional clubs and enjoy tournament warm-up games against local opposition.
Players will receive a full NCE International Tour kit of shirt, shorts, and socks, NCE tracksuit, and NCE polo shirt.
The price of the International Preparation Week is $850 per person and includes four nights of accommodation, and five days of training with meals provided three times per day.

Supporter Package Details
Supporter Trip Information
We are delighted to offer a Supporters Tour, allowing you to follow your son and watch the Pro Academy Action.
Parents, siblings, and even friends are welcome to join the Supporters Tour, though it should be noted the supporters tour will stay at the stunning Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel and Country Club for three nights.
Supporters will enjoy luxury transportation and will be able to watch private training sessions, attend games, and enjoy the activities experienced by the players, for example, stadium tours and live games.
They will be transferred to The Wisteria Hotel in Oakham Town Center and invited to watch training and all tournament games.
The price of the package is $2,650-per-person (based on two people sharing) though single rooms are available for an additional $500-per-person.
There are a limited number of family rooms available and a discount of $250 will be applied for the fourth family member and any additions.
NCE Soccer does have a limited number of players for parents willing to act as Chaperones priced at $2,250.
Chaperones would stay on-site at Oakham School with NCE Soccer staff.

The tour price includes bed and breakfast, return airport transfer between Heathrow and the hotel on the first and last day.
The package will include tickets to a live professional game with bus transportation.

Flight Information (See Document in downloads section)
NCE Soccer will source a team flight from New York to London Heathrow. You can find information on the group flight options by clicking on the relevant age tab below for details.
Please note, any players not traveling with supporters or parents will be required to travel on the group flight with NCE Staff and sign a travel consent form.
Independent travelers may also secure their own seats on the same flight the group is traveling with by contacting the the airline directly.
The group flight can only be booked through our Consolidator Welfare’s contact Klaus Biber.

Final Confirmation
The final schedule will be confirmed two weeks prior to departure and the land package is subject to change.
Refund Policy
NCE Soccer operate a generous refund policy for the land package – with the size of the refund appropriate to the timing of any withdrawal.
