NCE Tour Philosophy

At NCE we are committed to the development of all individual players. Our international events are arguably the best opportunity for players to grow both on and off the field.

From experiencing playing against some of the best players in the world to visiting some of the most iconic cities in the world, our international events provide amazing opportunities for growth.

One big area for the growth of our US based players in particular, is the understanding that sport is a true meritocracy. Too often we protect our players from the fact that competing is all about winning. The further our players progress in sport the more they will come to understand this.

Part of our responsibility while on tour is to expose the players to this fact and International Tournaments provide a great opportunity for this.

Players performances and impact upon the outcome of the game will ultimately determine their playing time. In the knockout stages of international tournaments we advise our coaches to treat the games the same way international or professional coaches would. Substitution are only made if the coach feels they are necessary to get the result.

This approach is seen as contentious by some, but we feel that when we travel internationally that this is an important lesson for our players to learn.

Flight Information

NCE Soccer will look to source a ‘team’ flight from New York to Italy, departing Sunday April 13th, 2025 and returning Monday April 21, 2025.

The final schedule will be confirmed two weeks prior to departure and the land package is subject to change.

Refund Policy

NCE Soccer operate a generous refund policy for the land package – with the size of the refund appropriate to the timing of any withdrawal.
