Package Details
Trip Information
The price of the Rio De Janeiro Tour in 2025 is $2,775 per player and $2,675 per parent/supporter.
Only those players from the 2013, 2011, 2010 and 2009 age groups, who have impressed NCE coaching staff will be invited to attend.
Places will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis though there is no limit on family members wishing to travel with players.
Please note that places on the tour are ONLY secured once deposit has been received and confirmed.
Players will room with their family and the cost is based on sharing a double or triple room. Please note that for any players who are traveling individually we will assign them a room mate.
If additional single rooms are required for family members, there will be an additional $500 supplementary charge.
The tour price includes breakfast, evening meal, private bus, full-time guide and excursions.
Package Price Includes:
Accommodation
- 7 nights in 4-star hotel in the Tijuca or Copacabana area of Rio De Janeiro
- Breakfast plus dinner or lunch daily
Soccer Program
- 2x training sessions with Brazilian Professional Academies
- 4x matches vs local competitive clubs, including at least 2 of the top four clubs in Rio
- 1x admission tickets to Professional Games
Excursions
- Admission to Christ the Redeemer
- Admission to Sugar Loaf mountain
- Club Museum Tour
Transportation
- Full-time experienced bi-lingual tour manager
- Dedicated private luxury bus for entire tour
- Other excursions in & around Rio are available
Flight Information
NCE Soccer have sourced a ‘team’ flight from New York JFK to Galeao International Airport in Rio De Janeiro, departing Aug 5th, 2025 and returning Aug 14th, 2025.

Arrives Tuesday Aug 5th at 8.14pm into Miami Airport.

Arrives Wednesday Aug 6th at 7.20am into Galeao International Airport in Rio (GIG).

Arrives Wednesday Aug 14th at 6.45am into Miami Airport.
American Airlines Flight #0309 departs Wednesday Aug 14th out of Miami at 9.29amÂ
Arrives Wednesday Aug 14th at 12.29pm am into JFK
Any families preferring to make their own arrangements are free to do so, however it will be their responsibility to meet the touring group upon arrival in Brazil.

Final Confirmation
The final schedule will be confirmed two weeks prior to departure and the land package is subject to change.
Refund Policy
NCE Soccer operate a generous refund policy for the land package – with the size of the refund appropriate to the timing of any withdrawal.
