NCE Soccer will host 10 Games Festivals as part of the summer COE Program – and two Showcase weekends.

Players will enjoy unique double headers against players from other NCE Soccer venues to add extra spice to our Summer COE Program.

The two venues will meet twice, home and away, as part of this festival of summer soccer.

The festivals will add competitive edge to our Summer COE Program and prepare players for our showpiece Summer Showcase at DeSales University in July.

This year, we have invited external teams to compete in the Showcase weekend to truly test the abilities of our players.

“It’s a terrific addition to the Summer COE Programming and adds an extra competitive element,” explained NCE Soccer Operations Director Nick Dunbar.

Competitive Edge

“It allows NCE players to meet other members of the NCE ‘family’ from different venues and adds a bit of edge to the programming.

“We have paired venues together and they will meet twice during the season to play games, mixed competitions.

“Depending on the size of each venue we may create mixed teams or mix the numbers up during matches but it gives our players to compare themselves against another center.

“The players love it and the feedback so far has been amazing.

“The introduction of external, selected, elite teams, will add additional competition to the showcase weekend and we think it will add a new spark to the consectutive weekends of soccer.”

The new twist for the Summer COE program pairs NCE venues in each region and they will face off twice during the eight-week program.

NCE Soccer Games Festivals will take place in week four and week eight of the Summer COE Program.

The format will work by paired venues combing in week 4 and week 8, so for example venue A is paired with venue B and so, in week 4 they will compete at Venue A and in week 8 at Venue B.

In New York our paired venues are Pace University and Superdome Sports, Stony Brook University and HBC Soccer Complex, Socceroof and Rockville Center Sports Complex.

In New England InSports, Trumbull will partner CT Sportsplex and Total Turf Pitman will partner XL Sports World, Cherry Hill in our North Atlantic program.
