NCE Soccer will super size the College ID Program from this Winter – with a brand new eight month program supported by top US Universities.
Players will be invited to attend eight monthly training sessions at regional training centers. The sessions will be run by the College coaches and will follow their training schedule, providing players with invaluable insight and the opportunity to impress.
Players will also receive four Showcase tournaments, a three-day College ID Camp, three online webinars and an online College Profile to allow them to share information with colleges.
The package has been created in response to demand following the successful transition by NCE Soccer players into College Soccer.
NCE Soccer founder, John Curtis, said: “We are incredibly proud that our programs have now helped so many players progress into College Soccer.
“Hundreds of former NCE players have now gone on to secure top college places and are playing in Division 1, 2 or 3.
“It is super rewarding to see their development and be able to prepare them technically and physically for the demands of College soccer.
“And now more and more Colleges want to work with us because they recognize the quality of players within NCE programming.
“For 2023 & 2024 the College ID Program has been improved with additional benefits for players wanting to join and we can’t wait to get started.”
The pathway into college continues to grow and its great to see the 2006’s and 2007’s now verbally committing to some great schools.
Our alumni also includes a number of players who are playing professional including Curtis Ofori at New York Red Bulls and Diego Rossi at Parma Calcio 1913 in Italy.
Maximo Carrizo became the youngster player in MLS history to sign a first team contract when he followed in the footsteps of Cooper Flax and Dren Dobruna to join New York City Football Club.
“We set out to help the best young players have the very best chance possible to succeed,” John added.
“There are no guarantees and we know the odds of players making it as a professional are slim but NCE Soccer Programming helps to reduce those odds, then it’s down to the players.
“Our barrier to entry is high, we ensure that only the best players are selected and invited to join and we are constantly assessing and ranking our players.
“It is crucial that the best learn with the best if their development is to progress and that is why the college process has been so successful, they are prepared properly for the demands of College Soccer.”
NCE Soccer will extend the COE Program to support players through the lifecycle of their NCE Soccer journey from the age of 9-years through to 18-years.
Those players who want to take advantage of the new-look College ID Program will receive all of the elements in a comprehensive college package..
However, those players of high school age who are part of the COE Program will still be able to attend our ID Camp and Showcase Tournaments by simply choosing the elements they desire.
