Gothia 2022 was a welcome return after two years away because of Covid.
It provided some sensational soccer, lots of fun and equal amounts of drama, thanks a pilot strike by the national airline.
“It really is the pinnacle of Youth Soccer, an experience players will never, ever forget,” explained Nick Dunbar, NCE Soccer Operations Director.
“The effort made by all our players and families last year was immense but fell just a little short in terms of secure trophies.
“Next year we are changing the approach and we will hold a pre-tournament camp at DeSales to ensure we travel with our absolute best chance of success.”

Player have been selected for our triple pronged Gothia World Cup 2023 bid – and places are filling fast.
Players selected for the 2010, 2009 and 2008 squads are reminded to secure their spot as they will be distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
