Waiver & Communication Agreement

I, as the parent or legal guardian of the child receiving this invitation to participate in Select Soccer LLC’s Center of Excellence Program, do hereby give my full consent and approval for my child to participate in any and all Select Soccer LLC NCE events, including Tryouts, Training Programs, International Tours, Tournaments and NCE Select Team participation.
I fully understand that there are risks associated with playing soccer, such as injuries, concussions, and in some cases death, inherent in the practice and play of soccer, as well as in traveling, use of Select Soccer LLC/NCE facilities, and other related activities incidental to my child’s participation, and I am willing to assume these risks on behalf of my child. These risks include, but are not limited to, those hazards associated with weather conditions, travel, playing conditions, equipment, and other participants including coaching and administrative staff.
I understand that the very nature of the game of soccer is very demanding physically and mentally, and carries such risks that can cause serious injury or death to my child and other participants. Further, I agree that in consideration for the right to allow my child to participate in the National Center of Excellence event, and in consideration for permission to practice and play on the fields arranged by Select Soccer LLC:
1. On behalf of my child and myself, I do voluntarily elect to accept and solely assume all risks of injury incurred or suffered by my child (a) while practicing or playing as a member of the National Center of Excellence, participation in any National Center of Excellence event, and/or as a member of the NCE Select Team Program so designated, (b) while serving in a non-playing capacity as a member or observer during practice or play by other teams or by other players participating in the National center of Excellence and/or the NCE Select Team Program, and (c) while upon the premises of any and all of the fields, facilities arranged for by Select Soccer LLC for practice or play.
2. In addition to giving my full consent for my child’s participation, I do hereby irrevocably, unconditionally and forever waive, release, discharge, and agree not to sue the Select Soccer LLC, the owner or operator of any fields and facilities arranged by Select Soccer LLC, or any persons or entities that are connected with the National Center of Excellence and NCE Select Team Programs for any claim, damages, costs including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, or cause of action which I or my child have or may have in the future as a result of damages, injuries, including death, sustained or incurred by my child from whatever causes including, but not limited to, the negligence, breach of contract or wrongful conduct of the parties hereby released.
3. I hereby certify that my child is fully capable of participating in the physically demanding sport of soccer, and that my child is healthy and has no physical or mental disabilities or infirmities that would restrict full participation in any and all activities associated with the sport of soccer.
I further agree on behalf of myself and my child receiving the invitation to participate in the National Center of Excellence and/or NCE Select Team Program, that I shall hold harmless and fully indemnify the National Center of Excellence, the NCE Select Team Program, Select Soccer LLC, and each of their respective owners, members, managers, employees, agents and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, costs including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, and causes of action which may arise from any cause of action made by me or by, through or on behalf of my child, even if the damages, injuries or death are caused in whole or in part by any of the persons or entities hereby released.
REFUNDS & CANCELATIONS
NCE Soccer maintains specific refund and cancellation policies for each of its programs. Refunds or credits are only applicable to program fees and do not include third-party costs such as travel or accommodation. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email.
TRYOUT REFUND POLICY
No refunds or credits under any circumstances. If a tryout is postponed, registration will be transferred to the next available session at the same location.
TRAINING PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
No refunds or credits under any circumstances. Make-up sessions may be offered at alternative venues when possible. If less than 50% of scheduled sessions are delivered due to NCE Soccer’s suspension of programming, a prorated credit (minus a $120 admin fee) will be issued.
Injured players may receive a prorated credit for missed sessions, less a $120 admin fee.
Credits may be applied to future NCE programs.
RESIDENTIAL CAMP REFUND POLICY
No cash refunds. Credits are issued based on the withdrawal schedule below. A $599 non-refundable deposit applies to all registrations.

Credit requests must be made in writing to an NCE staff member.
INTERNATIONAL TOUR REFUND POLICY (LAND PACKAGE ONLY)
Refund policy applies only to the land portion. All air travel is the responsibility of the participant. Participants are strongly advised to secure travel insurance, including CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage. A $500 service fee will be deducted from all refunds.

TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY
No refunds or credits under any circumstances. If NCE cancels a tournament, a full credit will be issued and may be applied to a future NCE program.
