Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, participation, and interactions with Select Soccer LLC (“NCE Soccer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), across all its offerings, including Tryouts, Training Programs, Residential Camps, International Tours, and Tournaments. By registering for or participating in any NCE Soccer program, you agree to abide by these Terms and all related policies and waivers.

1. Eligibility and Participation

  • All participants must meet the program-specific eligibility criteria (age, gender, position, or other requirements).
  • NCE Soccer reserves the right to accept, deny, or remove participants at its sole discretion.
  • Misrepresentation of player information may result in immediate removal without refund.

2. Registration, Payment, and Pricing

  • A program spot is only confirmed once registration is complete and payment (full or partial) has been received.
  • All pricing is subject to change until payment is processed.
  • Payment plans may be offered at NCE Soccer’s discretion. A 10% service fee is charged for all arranged payment plans.
  • Late registration may result in additional administrative fees.

3. Travel Documentation (International Tours)

Participants and families are solely responsible for ensuring:

  • Valid passports (minimum six months’ validity post-return).
  • Visas, vaccination certificates, or other required entry documents.
  • Compliance with all government regulations of host and transit countries.

NCE Soccer is not responsible for denial of entry, travel delays, or expenses arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

NCE Soccer maintains program-specific refund and cancellation policies. Refunds or credits apply only to program fees and exclude any third-party costs (e.g., airfare, hotels, transportation). All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

4.1 Tryouts

  • No refunds or credits under any circumstances.
  • If a tryout is postponed, the registration will transfer to the next available date at the same location.

4.2 Training Programs

  • No refunds or credits.
  • Missed sessions may be made up at other venues (subject to availability).
  • If fewer than 50% of scheduled sessions are delivered due to NCE cancellation, participants will receive a prorated credit (minus a $120 administrative fee).
  • Injured players may receive prorated credits (minus $120 administrative fee).
  • Credits may be applied toward future NCE programs.

4.3 Residential Camps

  • No cash refunds. Credits are issued based on the withdrawal schedule below.
  • All registrations include a non-refundable $599 deposit.

4.4 International Tours (Land Portion Only)

  • Refunds apply only to the land package; airfare is solely the responsibility of the participant.
  • A $500 service fee will be deducted from all refunds.
  • Refund schedule:

  • Travel insurance, including Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage, is strongly recommended.

4.5 Tournaments

  • No refunds or credits.
  • If NCE cancels a tournament, a full credit will be issued for future programs.

5. Program Modifications and Force Majeure

  • NCE Soccer may alter or cancel programs due to weather, facility issues, staff availability, political conditions, global health crises, or other force majeure events.
  • In such cases, NCE will provide credit, rescheduling, or partial refund at its discretion.
  • NCE is not liable for independent travel or third-party costs outside its direct control.

6. Assumption of Risk, Waiver, and Liability Release

Participation in NCE Soccer programs involves inherent risks including injury, illness (including COVID-19), and travel hazards. By registering, you:

  • Accept these risks voluntarily.
  • Release and hold harmless NCE Soccer, its staff, affiliates, contractors, and venues from liability.
  • Agree that participation is at your own risk.

6.1 Program Waiver Requirement

All participants (or parents/guardians for minors) must agree to the NCE Program Waiver prior to participation. This waiver:

  • Confirms voluntary participation and assumption of all risks.
  • Releases NCE Soccer and affiliates from liability for injuries or damages.
  • Certifies that the participant is medically and physically fit.
  • Requires agreement to NCE’s refund and credit policy.

Participants are ineligible to participate without a signed waiver.

7. Health, Safety, and Insurance

  • Participants must disclose medical conditions and provide emergency contacts.
  • NCE does not provide medical insurance; all expenses are the responsibility of the participant.
  • NCE strongly recommends travel insurance for all families, including CFAR.

8. Conduct and Behavior

  • Participants must respect staff, teammates, officials, and facilities.
  • Possession of drugs, underage drinking, violence, or illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
  • NCE reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior jeopardizes safety or program integrity.

9. Media Release

Unless explicitly opted out in writing, participants grant NCE Soccer permission to use photographs, videos, or testimonials captured during programs for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA.
  • All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Charleston County, SC, under the American Arbitration Association rules.
  • No class actions may be brought. All claims must be filed within 12 months of program completion.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Personal data is collected and processed solely for program delivery.
  • No user mobile SMS opt-in will be sold or shared with third parties.
  • Data may be shared with third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, medical providers) as required.
  • NCE complies with applicable U.S. privacy laws.

12. Mobile Terms of Service

The NCE Soccer mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by NCE Soccer (“NCE Soccer”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to NCE Soccer’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of NCE Soccer through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with NCE Soccer. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18668359647 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other NCE Soccer mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
