Regional Director
POSITION & SUMMARY
NCE is seeking a full time Regional Director to join our management structure and continue the rapidly expanding growth of NCE Programming. This is a Business Development role and includes an aggressive benefits and bonuses package with opportunities for further professional growth including coaching license attendance and career advancement within the NCE organization.
- Applicants must be US Citizens or possess legal rights to work in the USA
- Position will be in the MA, CT, NY, NJ, CT area
- US Soccer B License Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Past playing experience at intercollegiate or professional levels preferred
- Minimum 3 Years Coaching – Director Experience not a Requirement
About NCE
The National Center of Excellence (NCE) program provides elite, supplemental soccer programs, offering long term player development opportunities for players from the age of 7 to 18. Specifically tailored, age appropriate NCE programming, provides players with the opportunity to compete in a professional, player centered, development environment. Our programs remain club neutral and are designed to deliver an integrated Beyond Soccer development process, supporting a player’s development as a player, student and most importantly of all as a person.
NCE Programs include Center of Excellence Training locations, Player Performance Profiles, Pro-Pathways, College Support, International Tours and Tournaments, Showcase Events, Residential Camps and Position Specific Training. Our events are spread across approximately 20 locations and regions across the east coast from Virginia to New England.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure the quality of coaching and player performance within the program is at the appropriate and expected level.
- In association with NCE Executive group assist in the recruitment, development and evaluation of coaches within the regions programming
- Ensure all company policies are followed,
- Manage a team of staff towards specific goals and responsibilities.
- Ensure all NCE policies and standards are maintained across all regional venues.
- Ensure targets are met within the NCE Programming and implement and manage strategies for growth.

Essential Functions
- Oversee NCE sales, planning, organization and delivery across the defined area.
- Delivery of coaching sessions for NCE programs across the area.
- Lead, manage and monitor the NCE staff team.
- Assist in the design and delivery of all session plans.
- Assist in the identification, recruitment, selection and training of area players for all NCE select events
- Ensure that NCE standards are maintained at all programs by staff and participants as per NCE policy.

Coaching Experience
The successful applicant would be expected to have appropriate level coaching licenses and experience to work with players from the ages of 7 to 18 years. NCE players are expected to reach an elite level of performance as they progress in their playing career.

- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient using Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Possess integrity and follow ethically sound standards.
- Committed to working a non-traditional work schedule which includes weekends, evenings and some holidays.
- Applicants must have a clean driving license and access to their own transportation in order to fulfill NCE work responsibilities.
- Must successfully pass an individual background check.
- Applicants must be US Citizens or possess legal rights to work in the USA.
