NCE College Pathway Program

The NCE College Pathway Program is a dedicated recruitment platform for U16-U18 student-athletes aiming to play college soccer. Our program offers a comprehensive, structured approach to guide players through the competitive and complex college recruitment process.

Combining seven key components, the program equips players with the tools and support needed to stand out to college coaches. From high-exposure showcases and combines to personalized consultancy, we ensure each participant has the opportunity to succeed.

Overnight Camp

NCE Soccer host separate boys and girls College Pathway Camps over two consecutive weeks.

The College Pathway residential camps are for senior NCE Soccer players and designed to provide critical insight into College life.

Coaches from a host of top Universities and Colleges attend our three-day, two-night camp providing coaching sessions to players and delivering seminars about the college recruitment process and life as a college player.

This direct contact with Universities and Colleges provides NCE Soccer players with huge advantage in negotiating the collegiate process, led by our College Coordinating team.

Players train twice-a-day utilizing the excellent facilities at various University campuses with competitive games played in the evenings under the watchful eye of College coaches and scouts.

Showcase Tournaments

Leading College Coaches attend NCE Soccer Showcase events specifically to scout NCE Soccer players.

More than 300 NCE Soccer players have been recruited for leading Division 1, 2 and 3 colleges because they trust the calibre of players they are traveling to see.

College Pathway players will have the opportunity to showcase their skills at four Showcase Tournaments, where they will work directly with invited colleges coaches, who will run the competing teams.

NCE Soccer will host a Summer Showcase and four Winter Showcases, exposing the selected players to a plethora of invited college scouts from across the college soccer divisions.

These Showcase events provide coaches with the opportunity to work with players, watch them in action but crucially, interact and understand the personality and traits of each player.

College Combine

As part of the College Pathway program, players will attend a specially curated college soccer combine. The combine will give aspiring collegiate athletes the opportunity to showcase their skills to invited college coaches.

The combine is designed to mirror the demands of college-level soccer and players will participate in drills, exercises, and match play, all run by college coaches. These sessions will assess key aspects of their game, including technical, tactical, and physical skills.

Players will also receive valuable feedback directly from the coaches. This experience not only increases players’ visibility but also provides insight into college soccer expectations and the recruitment process.

College Profile

All participating College Pathway players are provided with a comprehensive College Profile webpage.

This personal microsite allows each player to collate their relevant college information and showcase this to their target Universities.

Each webpage has a unique url and can be shared easily via email, text or WhatsApp.

The profile pages provide a comprehensive and, constantly updated, individual profile to enable them to showcase their talents easily and immediately, hosting their soccer and academic achievements, highlights reel and testimonials.

The webpages are customizable allowing players and their families to choose what they share.

College Consultant

As part of the College Pathway Program, all players and families will have access to NCE College Consultant Brian Wright . Brian, a former college player and now a vastly experienced college coach, will provide players with invaluable knowledge and personal feedback tailored to each player’s college recruitment needs.

Webinars

NCE Soccer has a specialist team of highly experienced College counsellors, to guide parents and players through the College process.

Aside from personal assistance families are invited to attend three online College Pathway webinars led by renowned College Admissions Counsellor Pat Doyle.

The online sessions are designed to guide families through the process with focused sessions on a variety of topics, all created to smooth this crucial transition from High School to University.

NCE Soccer College team have helped thousands of students through the process and, as well as their structured sessions, they are available to answer questions and remove the pain and stress from the college admissions process.
