They are the best of the best and will go head-to-head three times this winter at NCE Soccer’s Winter Tournament Showcase events.

Boys and Girls across the NCE Soccer regions will be selected to showcase their talents – and work with leading coaches from IVY league colleges, NESCAC, Big East, UAA, Skyline, MAC, and many more.

Players compete over three 12-hour non-stop Saturday showcases at two stunning venues in New Jersey and Connecticut.

They will work with College coaches from powerhouses like Yale, UMass Amherst, Trinity and Southern CT  who manage individual teams throughout the day.

Last year Mary Hearin, assistant coach of UMass Amherst, lead her ‘U18 Girls City’ team to the College ID mini-league title and she will be returning this year to defend her title.

NCE Director Scott Middlemass said: “We’re looking forward to these showcases and the incredible opportunities they provide for our players. The ability to attract coaches from a wide range of schools is a testament to the quality of the players on show.

“The reputation of the tournament series is quickly spreading with more and more Colleges asking to attend. They know the calibre of players NCE Soccer is producing and our alumni bears testimony to that.

“More and more of our players are being selected by these leading Colleges who are constantly planning ahead for the future.

“It’s important for coaches to spot players and, most importantly, get to know them personally. This is crucial for giving young people a great chance and advantage.”

Last year 23 coaches attended the Winter Invitational Tournament Series, from Division 1, 2, and 3 Universities and Colleges. This year that number will increase due to demand.

The Series kicks off on Saturday December 16th at the state-of-the-art Superdome Sports facility in Waldwick, New Jersey before moving to The Danbury Sportsdome in Connecticut on Saturday January 20th and culminating at the same venue on Saturday February 3rd.

The Tournament showcases the best young soccer talent from across the North East, with players from more than 50 different clubs represented.

Only players within the NCE Soccer program will be selected and players must earn their place at NCE Soccer via tryouts which will be held in December across all NCE Soccer regions.

NCE Soccer provides elite supplementary soccer coaching for boys and girls across America, we are not associated with any organizations and as such can focus purely on player development and opportunities, free from political constraints.

Players progressing through the NCE Soccer system have consistently gone onto earn selection to top Universities and Colleges with the very best now playing professional soccer.

Funding is available to support families needing financial assistance and free scholarships are available for some via the NCE Foundation.
