NCE Soccer are ready for our first residential camp for two years because of Covid – and we can’t wait to make up for lost time.
Next week we will welcome around 190 boys to our Residential Camp at DeSales University in Pennsylvanian for five days of fabulous soccer.
The boys residential begins on Monday at the fabulous facility in Center Valley and will confident of 20 hours of elite technical, tactical, physical and psychological training.
Players will enjoy two training sessions per day with games in the evening over five days and four nights.
Welcome
NCE Soccer Technical Director John Curtis, said: “We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to our Residential Camp.
“The boys arrive on Monday morning to kick-start a very busy two weeks for us and we are super excited.
“It was miserable that we couldn’t host the camps last year, they are a firm favourite for the players and a great opportunity to get some serious work done, and have some fun at the same time.
“We see real progress being made as we are to really focus and the games in the evening allow the boys to put their training to action.”
College ID
Whilst the younger boys begin on Monday the College ID Camp starts on Wednesday and we have three more Universities to confirm.
Saint Francis University is a private Catholic liberal arts university in Loretto, Pennsylvania, Seton Hall University a private, Catholic university in South Orange, New Jersey, Alvernia University, a private Franciscan Roman Catholic university in Reading, Pennsylvania and Millikin University, a private university in Decatur, Illinois have all confirmed their attendance.
Coaches from a whole host of Universities and Colleges will work with NCE Soccer players, watching their train and working with them off the field.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for NCE Soccer players to be spotted and scouted for Universities and Colleges,” John added.
Showcase Events
“It provides the players with a valuable insight into life at College and they have the opportunity to play and train like top college players.
“The facilities are first class and we can’t wait to get started.
In total 81 boys will attend the College ID program before Showcase Events on Saturday and Sunday for all age groups.
The Residential Camp, College ID and Showcase events are repeated for the girls the following week.
To attend, players must have attended Center of Excellence Programming and tryouts for the Fall will be released shortly
