It’s a High Five for Spring as NCE Soccer expands into a fifth region!
That’s right, NCE Soccer will bring our US-leading Youth soccer program to Virginia in April.
Our team, led by North Atlantic Director Scott Middlemass, will provide its elite supplementary soccer coaching to boys and girls from a stunning venue in Fairfax, Virginia.
The new center will be based at George Mason University and will be the 15th venue for NCE Soccer’s Spring Program.
“We are delighted to bring NCE Soccer to the D.M.V Tri-State,” Scott explained.
“We know that DC, Maryland, and Virginia is a hotbed for young soccer talent and we can’t wait to work with those players.
“Our whole ethos is about helping individual players to maximize their potential. We want to apply the highest level of coaching to those players to help fast-track their progress.
“Our programming is absolutely club neutral, we have shown in other regions the benefit to individual clubs as we help their best players to super-strength their ability, which also benefits their club teams.
“The very best players will have opportunities to play in Showcase Tournaments. These have become an integral part of NCE Soccer and are well attended to by College and University Coaches.
“They know we only work with the best players and so these events provide them with a perfect opportunity to talent scout and begin the recruitment process.
“The best players will also have the opportunity to attend Residential Camps including our Pro Pathway Camp, working with some of the world’s best Academy Coaches over five days.
“And NCE Soccer plays in competitions worldwide, taking teams to Italy, Brazil, and England playing against leading Academy teams like Manchester United, Nottingham Forest, Arsenal, Fluminense, AC Milan and more.
“The Mid Atlantic will launch in Spring, initially with one venue at George Mason but other venues will be added.”
NCE’s US-leading Centre of Excellence Program provides elite soccer coaching for boys and girls aged 8-to-18-years.
The COE Program provides top-quality soccer training and development programs created by UEFA A licensed coaching team based on the models used by leading European Academy standards.
The new Mid-Atlantic region will be based at George Mason University, just 20 miles from Washington DC. The campus boasts a purpose-built outdoor soccer facility with a 5,000-seater grandstand and tips quality turf with an electronic scoreboard.
It has hosted NCAA Championship soccer matches and is used by the U.S. Men’s and Women’s National Soccer Teams, and was used by international teams during the 1994 and 1999 World Cups Competition.
“It is a terrific facility and NCE Soccer has used it before, most recently for our International Tryouts, and it was the obvious choice to host our Mid-Atlantic Program,” Scott added.
“It was down to the success of the International Tryouts which led to the creation of the new region as we were inundated with requests from some very talented players to work with them.
“We make no apology for setting the bar very high for players to join NCE Soccer. It is crucial that everyone is similar in ability and we want to focus on the best players to help maximize their opportunity.
“We know there are some outstanding teams in the Mid-Atlantic region and by bringing the best of the best together to train we believe we can help to develop that talent and help to make them better players.”
NCE Soccer offers a variety of programs tailored to different age groups.
Our coaches are highly experienced and will deliver high-caliber training programs designed to develop players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, and mental resilience. Through personalized training sessions and small-sided games, players can enhance their decision-making abilities and improve their overall performance on the field.
The Programming works towards instilling values such as teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, all required if players are serious about their personal development and intent on going on to play top quality College and maybe Professional Soccer.
