Copacabana

They will play beach soccer on the world famous Copacabana and go behind the scenes at the mythical Maracanã as well as watching at least two live professional games.

The touring party will visit some of Brazil’s finest beaches and visit Christ The Redeemer, Sugar Loaf Mountain and a special social project in Rio de Janeiro.

“This is a really exciting opportunity for NCE Soccer, our players and their families to visit the ‘o Pais do Futebol’ or country of football,” explained NCE Soccer founder John Curtis.

“Football, or soccer may have been invented in England but Brazil really have claimed the game as its own. Soccer is deeply ingrained in the everyday life and culture of this incredible country.

Beach Soccer

“We have wanted to take touring teams to Brazil for some time and I’m delighted that we will be able to take two teams to Rio in 2023.

“We will play games and train with Botafogo, Fluminense and Madureira, play soccer on the beach and visit some of Brazil’s most beautiful beaches.

“We will go behind the scenes at the incredible Maracanã Stadium and visit the CBF Museum and see some of their incredible soccer history including Brazil’s FIVE World Cups.

“This will be a fabulous tour, incredible soccer, stunning sight seeing and plenty of time for the beach, all supported by our bi-lingual tour liaison officer. It will be a Braziliant Easter!”
