The Center of Excellence (COE) is NCE Soccer’s flagship training program for U8–U18 players committed to reaching their full potential. Designed for top-level talent, COE provides intensive technical, tactical, and psychological training led by elite coaches with professional experience. Each session is player-centered, ensuring personalized attention and a focus on growth. With year-round training, COE empowers athletes to develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to excel at the highest levels of the game.
Tryout Uniform
At NCE, we take pride in fostering a professional environment, which includes maintaining a professional appearance during training sessions.
Players new to NCE do not need to purchase NCE training uniform for the tryout and should wear black or dark soccer training apparel.
Returning players should wear their black Center of Excellence uniform.

Tryout Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or credits for tryouts. Upon receipt of payment and confirmation of enrollment, all fees are considered non-refundable under any circumstances. If a tryout is postponed for whatever reason, a players registration will be transferred to the next available tryout date at that location.
