The Center of Excellence (COE) is NCE Soccer’s flagship training program for U8–U18 players committed to reaching their full potential. Designed for top-level talent, COE provides intensive technical, tactical, and psychological training led by elite coaches with professional experience. Training Program Uniforms

At NCE, we take pride in fostering a professional environment, which includes maintaining a professional appearance during training sessions. Therefore, all players are required to wear the official NCE uniform. Please head to our Soccer.com store by following the link below:

From the collection drop down menu please select either the Center of Excellence Boys Collection or the Center of Excellence Girls Collection.

You will need to enter your son/daughter’s name and the number assigned to him/her.

  • 1x Nike Park VII Jersey Black
  • 1x Nike Park III Shorts Black
  • 1x Nike Academy OTC Socks Black

Recommended Items

  • 1x Nike Academy 23 Drill Top Black

***Please under no circumstances bring Adidas or any non Nike apparel***

NCE Player Number

  • To help support player identification in our select events, we utilize a player numbering system.
  • Every player selected for a Center of Excellence or College Pathway program will be assigned a special NCE Player Number. Players cannot request a number.
  • This number will remain with the player for their entire time with NCE and will not change from season to season or year to year.  The only exception is if the player does not register for an NCE event for 2 years, their number will be reassigned.
  • After registering, you will receive an email in 24 hours informing you of your player’s number and instructions on ordering their uniform. Your son or daughter’s number can also be found in your NCE family account.

Training Program Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or credits for our training programs. Upon receipt of payment and confirmation of enrollment, all fees are considered non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event a player is unable to attend a scheduled session, arrangements can be made to attend a make-up session at another training program venue. Should NCE sessions be suspended prior to the completion of the term, and less than 50% of the scheduled sessions have been conducted, a credit will be issued to enrolled participants. The credit amount will be equivalent to the number of remaining sessions, less a $120 administrative fee. Issued credits may be applied towards future NCE programs. Injured participants unable to complete a program may be eligible for a credit for missed sessions, less a $120 administrative fee.
