Tour Refund Policy
NCE provides a comprehensive refund policy for the land package portion of its tours, acknowledging that participant circumstances may change. It is important to note that these refunds pertain solely to the land component. Air travel arrangements are made independently by the participating player and/or supporter and are their sole responsibility.
Participants are strongly advised to secure travel insurance. This insurance can offer protection against unforeseen events such as player injury that prevents tour participation. In addition, participants are encouraged to consider the option to purchase CFAR (cancel for any reason) coverage, available through NCE’s insurance partner. Further details regarding CFAR coverage will be furnished upon completion of tour registration.
