Lee Broster serves as Head of Program Development for NCE Soccer, overseeing the design and implementation of the organization’s training curriculum and ensuring professional coaching standards are maintained across all NCE regions. In this role, Lee works closely with national leadership and coaching staff to shape the structure, methodology, and progression of the NCE development model.
Lee holds both the prestigious UEFA B License and the FA Advanced Youth Award, reflecting a strong foundation in elite youth coaching and long-term player development. Prior to joining NCE, he built an extensive reputation within professional academy environments in England, where he worked with high-level youth players and specialized in the development of elite goalkeepers. Many of the players he helped develop progressed to professional contracts, reinforcing his reputation as a coach capable of preparing athletes for the demands of the professional game.
At NCE, Lee plays a central role in building a consistent training framework across the organization. His responsibilities include designing structured training curricula, aligning session methodology across regions, developing specialist position-specific programs, and mentoring coaches as they grow within the NCE system. Through this work, he helps ensure that every training environment reflects the same high-performance standards and developmental philosophy.
Lee also directs NCE’s specialist goalkeeper programming, creating focused training environments that address the unique demands of the position. Sessions emphasize technical handling, footwork, positioning, and angle management while also developing distribution under pressure, defensive communication, and psychological resilience. Training is structured to replicate real match situations so that goalkeepers can develop the decision-making speed and confidence required at higher levels of competition.
Through his leadership in curriculum design and specialist coaching development, Lee helps ensure that the NCE Pathway remains structured, progressive, and aligned with professional expectations — providing players and coaches alike with a clear framework for long-term development.
