Daniel Salomao serves as a Staff Coach for NCE Soccer, bringing international coaching experience and a strong commitment to high-level player development. He holds a United States Soccer Federation National B Coaching License and has worked with players across multiple countries, gaining valuable exposure to a wide range of playing styles, training methodologies, and football cultures.
In the United States, Daniel has coached across the full development spectrum — from grassroots programs to elite academy environments — including experience within the academy structure of Connecticut’s MLS NEXT Pro organization. This broad background allows him to understand the developmental needs of players at each stage of their journey while maintaining the standards required for progression to higher levels of the game.
Daniel’s coaching career has also taken him internationally, where he has worked with players and teams in a variety of competitive settings. Through his work with NCE Soccer, he has coached squads traveling to England, Italy, and Brazil, facing some of the world’s most respected academies, including Manchester United, Flamengo, Leicester City, and Fluminense. These experiences provide players with authentic international competition while reinforcing the standards expected within elite development environments.
Daniel’s Brazilian background and global coaching exposure allow him to blend elements from multiple footballing philosophies into a modern, player-centered approach. His sessions are designed to replicate real match demands, emphasizing positional awareness, decision-making under pressure, and technical execution within game-realistic scenarios.
At NCE, Daniel is committed to maintaining professional training standards while fostering a competitive and supportive environment where players are encouraged to take ownership of their development. His goal is to help athletes become intelligent, adaptable players capable of solving problems on the field and progressing confidently along the NCE Pathway.
